windows 10:カラー印刷なし

最近インクカートリッジを交換しましたが、黒でしか印刷できません.カートリッジが挿入されている 正しく.ドキュメントを印刷しようとすると、「カラーモード」の設定が「カラー」から「モノクロ」に自動的に切り替わります.
