Are there any recent changes made on the computer before the issue started?
It appears thatMicrosoft storeand Windows updates detects that your computer is not connected to any network or internet which affects their functionality.
Kindly follow the steps below and check if it helps
Run the Internet Connection Troubleshooter to identify and attempt to fix the issue
Press Windows key + I
Click on Updates & Security
On the left pane menu, click on Troubleshoot
Click on Additional troubleshooter
Locate and click on Internet Connection
Click on Run the troubleshooter
Follow the onscreen instruction until the process completes
Restart the computer and check if the same issue appears
If the same issue appears after the troubleshooter, kindly follow the steps below
Open the command prompt as administrator
Type each commands below and press enter after each command
ipconfig/release
ipconfig/renew
ipconfig/flushdns
Netsh Winsock reset
net localgroup administrators localservice/add
fsutil resource setautoreset true C:\
netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt
netsh Winsock reset all
Close the command prompt and restart the computer.
Check if the issue is resolved
If the above method did not resolve the issue, kindly create a new user profile and check if everything works on the new user.This will help determine if the issue is profile specific on your computer
To create new user profile, please follow the steps below
1.Open the Settings by pressing the Windows Key + I
2.Click on Accounts
3.In the left pane menu, click on Family & Other Users
4.Under other users, click on add someone else on this PC
5.By default, it will going to ask you to sign in using a Microsoft account, click on the link below which says I don't have this person's sign in information
6.Click on Add a user without Microsoft account
7.Fill out a username and click next until completion.
Sign out to the current user and sign in on the new user profile.
Check if everything works fine on the new user.
