WindowsWindows Update サービスを起動できません(ローカルコンピュータ上)......

そしてWindowsの更新には常に以下の問題があります

1)次の方法で"DiagPackage.diagpkg"
C:\Windows\diagnostics\system\WindowsUpdate\DiagPackage.diagpkgを実行してみてください.

2)上記が機能しない場合は、検索ボタンを押してみてください->powershell(ise)を選択します->右クリック>>管理者で実行>>以下にコピーします->実行して確認
